This is the view from my front door! Lots of snow in the past few hours. And I was told it rarely snowed in Philly. Who knew? Apparently there had been only four 20-inch-plus snowstorms in this area since 1884. We're now up to six and all of this in the seven weeks since we moved here. Glad to be a part of history! It's beautiful. It's tranquil. It's like swimming in vanilla ice cream (according to Cailee - our seven year old). I guess they don't even want people on the roads right now unless it's an emergency. I figured that a run to Starbucks came pretty close, but even they were closed. I guess it's time to relax. Enjoy the pause.
