Michael

Michael Jordan. Hall of Famer. Love it. He deserves every bit of recognition. I remember the day he was drafted. I remember The Shot, The 63-point Game, The Double Nickel, The Flu Game, and The Steal. I remember the powder he would throw on Johnny Kerr before the games. I remember finally beating Detroit. I remember watching him destroy Charles Barkley (on our honeymoon). I remember opening wedding presents while watching them win championship #3. I remember the three-peat and then the repeat of the three-peat. I remember both retirements. I remember Scottie pointing to Michael’s silhouette on the bottom of his shoe and asking him to return. I remember the season with 72 wins. I remember his restaurant downtown and Juanita’s macaroni & cheese. I remember Chicago being transformed into a winner. I remember the look in his eyes when he was ready to dominate. I remember thinking that Michael and Scottie could win every game. I remember yelling when they didn’t. I remember the bond Michael had with Scottie and Phil. He is the best player. Michael Jordan. Hall of Famer. Thanks for some great memories.
