anatomy...grace number two

This whole second piece deals with "how do I get care"? Here's the reality about life...it happens, right? It goes on. Every day. And it keeps going on. Sometimes we have these days, weeks, or even months where everything is good. Life is OK. But life continues to happen. It goes on. And it seems that no sooner do we have some good days than we just get smoked and find ourselves falling backwards wondering what just happened. It's in those moments that it helps to have a network of people around us who will show up and provide care for us. We all need it at times. It's not a bad thing. There are some words in Scripture that tell us to "be humble, thinking of others as better than yourself. Be interested in others and what they are doing." It seems that God has provided something for us when we walk through the rain. It's called the church. Here's the amazing thing about the church when it's working right...it is a place where people receive and give care. That's what I'm talking about!

I never smoked because I get smoked daily. When it rains it pours like Morton Salt. For me its always drizzling but once it turns to rain you Pray for our Fathers help. Its about him not me and I agree its about helping others in a humbling way.Grace is full of imperfect people, including me.Thats why its called Grace,it never runs out.........
